Hey everyone, hope you are well and have had a good week!
So i've been feeling super productive this week, which is just GREAT! I'm not sure about you, but i've had a few up and down weeks during the lock down period.
Initially, as we didn't know how long it was going to go on for, I was quite happy to just potter about, make bread, do the garden, sort stuff out in the house, go for walks etc, it was a really good opportunity to push the yoga and get an online timetable sorted which I could roll out to you lovely people, but the longer it has gone on, the more worried and lost I had become when it came to my day job. The reality of not having any income, and the long term effect that lock down was going to have on my business became a real worry, and I really didn't know what to do, I became depressed, anxious, and basically panicking. BUT, after doing a weeks online yoga TT, I became motivated. I sat down, spent an afternoon brainstorming, and came up with a HUGE to do list for both the Yoga and textiles, and TA DA!
Back in the game!
IF you are feeling a bit lost, a bit unmotivated, anxious, worried about anything, work or life, perhaps write it all down, talk to someone, brainstorm, check in with how you are really FEELING, and see if that helps to boost, motivate and perhaps give you the positivity and motivation you feel you need to get through the last few weeks of lock down, and beyond.
